Since Apex Reads is a digital-only store, there's genuinely no shipping involved here — no couriers, no waiting by the window, no tracking numbers. Here's exactly how delivery works.

How Your Order Is Delivered

All of our products are eBooks and digital guides, delivered entirely online. Once your payment is successfully processed, your product is sent directly to the email address you provided at checkout — no physical shipping is required at any point.

How Long Delivery Takes

Delivery is automatic and usually instant. In most cases, you'll receive your download link within a few minutes of completing your purchase. Occasionally, during periods of high traffic or due to email server delays, it may take slightly longer — but this is uncommon, and if it happens, it resolves itself quickly.

If You Don't Receive Your Email

If more than 30 minutes have passed and you still haven't received your product, please do the following before reaching out to us: check your spam or junk folder, since automated emails sometimes land there by mistake, and double check that the email address you entered at checkout was correct and free of typos.

If you've checked both and still don't see it, email us directly at hello@apexreads.in with your order number, and we'll resend your product right away. We take delivery issues seriously and will not leave you without the product you paid for.

No Physical Shipping, No Shipping Charges

Because everything we sell is digital, there are no shipping costs added to your order at any point, and there is no physical address required for delivery — only a valid email address.

Accessing Your Product

Once delivered, your eBook is yours to keep and read on any device — phone, tablet, laptop, or e-reader. There's no expiry on your access to the file once it's been delivered to you.
